SMS-based publishing and advertising service provider 4INFO announced the addition of seven new content and publishing partners, most notably Internet social event planning service Evite. Additional 4INFO content and publishing partners include GoWare, Hot or Not, MeeVee, FoneShow, TuneFly, and Dial Directions. The 4INFO platform will now enable Evite to offer users the option to receive event details and reminders via mobile alerts--both planners and attendees can be notified on their handsets when they receive invitations and RSVPs, as well as access event details like date, time and address. "As a category creator with over 15 million registered users, Evite continues to introduce leading-edge functionality to assist in easy event planning," said Evite GM Harry Lin.
