It's widely known already that HTC is holding a global press conference on May 6th to announce something big but so far, it's unknown what HTC is going to announce. Speculation are floating around that it might be HTC's first Android aka Google phone, or it might be some new Windows Mobile smartphones or maybe just HTC's TouchFLO v2 aka "Manila". In any case, a recently unveiled photo shows three so far - more or less - unknown (most likely) HTC smartphones. There are some real chances that we will learn more about HTC's recently unveiled HTC Kii soon. The Taiwanese handset maker just invited the press to its two European events in the UK (Monday, October 1st) and Germany (Tuesday, October 2nd) to officially unveil its Q4-2007 line-up of Windows Mobile smartphones. While HTC hasn't given any further information of what we can expect, I'm sure we will see (again) some familiar faces like the HTC Shift, maybe the HTC Nike (which was already announced in Japan as NTT DoCoMo FOMA HT1100) and most likely HTC's new flagship smartphone, the HTC TyTN II (which hasn't had it's launch event so far). Unwired View (no, not to be confused with your beloved the::unwired aka this site) received some information about the HTC Omni, the long time delayed follower of the HTC Universal (aka T-Mobile MDA Pro/O2 Xda Exec). According the leaked details and specs, which Unwired View got from a HTC 2007 roadmap presentation, the device looks indeed impressive and if the information turns out to be true, it's really the legitimate follower of the HTC Universal which came into its years now.
