  • PHOTOVIEW: Hands-on with the Artic Silver HTC Touch Windows Mobile Smartphone

If you are bored by black mobile devices like me or you simply cannot see it anymore because it seems black became in the mobile phone industry what beige was in the PC industry in the late 80s and early 90s, HTC has something new for you: the Arctic Silver HTC Touch. It's not another silver device (since silver was before what black is today) but it's shimmering somewhat warmer, not so cold. I must say that the Arctic Silver HTC Touch is definitely looking like a winner. Unfortunately, there is no Arctic Silver HTC Touch Dual planned yet but who knows - maybe HTC will update its color portfolio for the Christmas season anyway: [ Permalink ] (c) 2007 by the::unwired - All Rights Reserved

  • PREVIEW: O2 Xda nova/HTC Touch Windows Mobile 6 Professional Smartphone

Thanks to O2 Germany and HTC Europe, I've recently received their versions of the HTC Elf. From O2 Germany I got a German Xda nova and from HTC Europe I got an English Touch. Since both devices are the latest and final hardware but neither includes all accessories nor came in the final sales-boxes, I'm not going to call it a review but preview only. HTC caught some attraction when the Taiwanese device maker announced the HTC Touch earlier this month for some good reasons - with the HTC Touch; HTC introduced the TouchFLO technology to their Windows Mobile device platform and I'm sure most of you have read everything about TouchFLO and the HTC Touch already. Nevertheless, since O2 brings up the Xda nova on sale from tomorrow, it makes sense to have a closer look on both devices again, identifying the similarities as well as the differences.
  • PHOTOVIEW: HTC Touch Windows Mobile 6 Professional Smartphone

I think most of you, who are interested into HTC's recently launched HTC Touch, have seen and read everything about this new Windows Mobile 6 Professional smartphone. Nevertheless, thanks to HTC Europe from which I've recently received a device for playing and testing, I want to add my view of the device as well - again as a photo view. I don't think that I have to say anything more about the HTC Touch which got its name from HTC's new TouchFLO user interface (see our video view here) except that this (formerly known) Pocket PC Phone Edition is really small:
