Canadian Telus Mobility is the first North American carrier which confirmed to release the HTC Touch Diamond later this summer. While neither Verizon nor Sprint have confirmed an upcoming launch yet, a Canadian carrier is again the first to launch another Windows Mobile smartphone first. Since Telus Mobility is a CDMA carrier, Telus Mobility's Touch Diamond is for sure the CDMA version, featuring EVDO Rev. A high-speed Internet access. Other confirmed features are Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional, TouchFLO 3D, inbuilt GPS, the 3.2 megapixel autofocus camera on the back, Bluetooth 2.0, WiFi and inbuilt 4 GB memory. However, the FM radio, which the WCDMA version also includes, isn't mentioned by Telus Mobility. [ Permalink ] (c) 2008 by the::unwired - All Rights Reserved
