Apple gets hit with another lawsuit - these class-action battery lawsuits are getting tired

iPhone batter class action law suitSeriously, there’s another class-action lawsuit on file in an Oakland, CA. federal court. This one was actually filed by the same lawyer that filed on behalf of Sydney Leung a couple weeks ago - he’s obviously trying to cover all his bases in the hopes that one of his cases will net him some cash (there should be a law against this sort of thing.). This time the complaints come from Zoltan Stiener and Ynez Stiener, and claim that Apple and AT&T failed to inform consumers that the batter will require a $100 replacement (including the loaner iPhone fee) during its lifetime.

We’ll see if this case actually goes anywhere.
