Just when we were wondering how will users read the RSS feeds on their iPhones, it seems that Apple has made its own online RSS reader available. I say “it seems” as we don’t have an official word from Cupertino - rather the URL (http://reader.mac.com/) suggests that the RSS reader is the real deal. Plus, it’s not visible on any other browser except the iPhone’s Safari — I’ve tried with Nokia’s Safari-based S60 browser and it doesn’t work as well.
Now, let me speculate for a moment. Is this the product of cooperation between Apple and Google? I certainly hope it is. That would mean complete synchronization of mobile and desktop Google Reader experiences.
