Andrea Electronics Corporation announced that the company has licensed its stereo array microphone and noise reduction audio input software to Samsung Electronics America, Inc. for use in the Samsung Q1 Ultra Mobile PC. The array microphone gives Q1 users the ability to make calls over the Internet using VoIP. The microphone also allows users to employ the voice recognition capabilities of Windows XP Tablet PC Edition and other voice recognition software.
